U3A Riverside Project

Important Message from the Exhibition Team

The event at Wellington College is fast approaching and the Riverside Exhibition Team will be meeting on 2 September to finalise the plans.

Before then we would like to hear from you.

We know that some of you are doing your own thing – i.e. organising your own material and providing your own display boards.  Other groups may wish to use display boards that we can provide.  Yet others may simply wish to send material to us and allow us to arrange it within the exhibition.

Whatever you are planning, we want you to tell us about it.

Please contact one of the following people:

We need to know as much as possible about the nature of your submission(s) to the event, including, if known, a brief description of the exhibit, with dimensions (number of items, height, width, depth, how you would prefer to display them etc.).  Once we know this, and the detail of the space and resources available at the college, we can start to see how things will fit in and where.

PS:  We could do with some more display boards.  If you know someone who might lend us some, please talk to us.
